Columbia Plaza was built in 1968, and is developed with sixteen buildings that contain 96 two-bedroom apartments. The proposed renovations will include exterior restoration work and cleaning as well as numerous other repairs to each respective building on a need-basis. The project is located in Atlanta, (Fulton County) Georgia, and is 100% financed by GAHC. Currently, all units are reserved for low- and middle-income tenants.
