The Georgia Affordable Housing Corporation is a consortium of financial institutions, business, civic, philanthropic organizations interested in financing and/or supporting affordable housing development for low- and moderate income households, and there are two categories for membership in the organization: Full and Affiliate.
GAHC Full Members
GAHC Full Members are financial institutions or organizations that:
- Transact business in the State of Georgia,
- Have affordable housing as one of their business objectives, and
- Seek to provide capital to finance the development of multi-family properties for residency by low- and moderate-income households.
GAHC Affiliate Members
The GAHC Affiliate Membership status provides an open door for any individual, group or entity interested in working cooperatively with other such members to advance affordable housing. Both Full and Affiliate Members benefit from a variety of programs, services and opportunities offered by the organization.
